Steve Goss is the President of Freedom in Christ Ministries, a global discipleship organization founded by Dr. Neil T. Anderson. Over the past three decades, the ministry has empowered millions of Christians worldwide to embrace a lifestyle of ongoing spiritual growth.

Under Steve’s leadership, the ministry has expanded its reach from seven countries to nearly 40, with resources now available in nearly 50 languages. With offices around the globe and a network of employees and volunteers, the ministry is multilingual, multi-denominational, and multigenerational.

In addition to his leadership role, Steve is a prolific author who has written many of Freedom in Christ’s courses and published numerous books that complement and enhance the ministry’s offerings.

Steve has been married to Zoe for over 40 years, and they have two children and two grandchildren.

Freedom in Christ's International Board has oversight responsibilities for the International Ministry.  It comprises of four key members, led by Dr. Rod Woods.  The Board's responsibility is to provide governance, accountability and oversight.  The board members are Dr. Rod Woods, Natali Alonso Hernandez, Dr Raffic Osman and Dr John Fugate.

Led by Dr Rod Woods, the minister of City Temple in London, Dr Woods has served there since 2001. He is the author of Freed to Lead, a book and resource used to equip leaders in countless nations globally. He has decades of experience leading churches on both sides of the Atlantic. He lives to see “Healthy leaders building up healthy churches making healthy disciples who are reaching their communities in healthy ways.”

Natali Alonso Hernandez, a psychologist and pastor, has worked for 20 years in counselling, focusing on pastors, leaders, and their families, helping them through times of crisis to resume their ministry. God has allowed her to serve in churches in Brazil and Colombia, and she currently serves at the Red de Alcance Global church in Bogotá. She is married to Taylor and is the mother of two beautiful girls, Sophie and Emily.

The International Steering Group reports to the International President, and works with the ministry and Area Directors internationally to support the on-going operations of the ministry.  It is a supporting group that serves as an advisory and operational leadership team, working on strategy, resource development, and day-to-day international operations across multiple disciplines.
